“I've had my 1994 Land Cruiser for almost 27 years. The past 4-5 years she has been really exposed to the elements (extreme heat, rain, snow, some off-roading, hard water deposits from sprinklers, and paint scuffs from loaning it out a few times). "Elsie" had been in need of TLC for some time above semi-regular car washes and spray on cheap wax. I've tried all the tricks to remove hard water spots on the windows and right side of body to no avail.
2-1/2 weeks ago I took her to Rob for a deep clean, clay bar & ceramic coating.
I was stunned by the results! Exemplary! Even the black rubber and plastic were brought back up. ALL water spots are gone, most scuffs buffed out, and she shines like crazy.
I've been garaging her at night since the service, but forgot to last night. It rained quite a bit last night/this morning. I haven't washed her since I got her back from Rob. I fully expected to need to wash her after this rain. I.Was.Stunned!
No water, no dirt, no spots! I've posted 3 photos here. Two are from 2-1/2 weeks ago right after the service, the other one is from today after I pulled it in the garage. It's hard to get good photos because the finish is mirroring all the junk in my garage. Lol
Rob is on time, very professional, responsive and stays in communication. It was even done sooner than promised. The only negative was that the roof rails didn't seem to have gotten attention.
It was a big job and she's a beast.

“Scheduling an appointment with Rob was super easy. He was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. He explained that the service would take about 3 hours and his work sure does speak for itself. He detailed one of our cars that looked like it hadn't been touched in YEARS! I mean coffee stains, food stains, sand, etc. it was long over due. What's really cool is that Rob will post on his IG, videos of him working on your car and I just went through a range of emotions, from "oooh!! Look how cool!" to "eww omg". You can tell that Rob takes a lot of pride in what he does because he is very detailed and very thorough. He managed to get the inside so clean, you couldn't even tell it was dirty at all just a couple of hours prior. The outside was so clean and so shiny it looked damned near new.
